Juan Manuel Mollá

Juan Manuel Mollá is the Chief Commercial Officer of Marelli. He has over 32 years of international experience in the automotive industry and joined former Magneti Marelli in 2008. Juan has spent the last 15 years at Marelli in a variety of roles, starting as a General Manager within the company’s Argentinian Operations, then moving on to Global Sales Director, GTS, based in Italy. From 2018 he has been based in Germany, leading Business Development, Sales and Marketing for Automotive Lighting for three years. In 2021, he was assigned the responsibility for the Commercial function for key international markets, and then globally. In his role, he is also responsible for the Motorsport business. During his long-standing career, Juan held senior positions in the automotive industry including Plastic Omnium, Dynamit Nobel and Renault. His education includes a Master in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, International Management Programs and Finance Programs.
