Marisa Iasenza

Marisa Iasenza is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Marelli. She assumed this role in November 2022.
Before joining Marelli, Marisa served as a Managing Director at KKR Capstone. She has also held senior leadership positions in various organizations, including Chief Legal Officer at NYSE-listed Edgewell Personal Care and General Counsel at Harman.
Marisa is a dually trained attorney with over 25 years of legal experience, specializing in cross-border M&A transactions, SEC reporting obligations, corporate governance, corporate finance, compliance, and executive compensation.
At Marelli, she leads the legal and compliance team and is a highly trusted adviser on a broad range of legal matters, including transactions, litigation, compliance, and corporate governance. Additionally, Marisa is an executive leader for the company's sustainability and enterprise risk management programs.
Marisa holds an LL.M degree from the University of Miami School of Law, a Bachelor of Civil Law and LL.B from the University of Ottawa, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from McGill University.
