“I joined Marelli in 2018 as a mechanical designer in the fuel components team. Over the years, I took on broader responsibilities in cross-functional initiatives, and in 2023 was entrusted with leading the Mechatronic components design teams in Cluj, supporting several product lines. I am constantly driven by curiosity and a desire to improve, so I bring a lot of energy into what I do and look for ways to make processes, collaborations and outcomes better. That’s why the Marelli attribute of being ‘entrepreneurial’ represents me well: I’m always thinking about the potential we have and proposing ideas to help us get there. I always take risks proactively, challenge existing practices and focus on improvements that bring measurable value. In fact, my motto is: ‘Don’t settle. A big success is nothing but a long list of small, consistent steps.’ I’m proud of the successful initiatives my team has developed, increasing quality and speed. My contribution in that is ensuring stability and collaboration, in order to enable us to face challenges together. Above all, I truly value working with passionate, talented and genuinely kind people. Building relationships based on trust, respect, and support is, for me, at the heart of Marelli.”
