John Nicholson

John Nicholson is the General Counsel at Marelli.
John brings more than 15 years of international automotive experience, with a proven track record of supporting complex global organizations through transformation and growth. He previously held senior legal leadership roles at GKN Automotive and Dowlais Group, most recently serving as Global General Counsel and Company Secretary. He also has expertise in the aerospace and other industrial markets.
John’s experience spans mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and business transformation, including leading major restructuring initiatives and public company transactions. John is also known for building high-performing legal, compliance and governance teams that enable business success.
