Dr. Shellene Santana

Dr. Shellene (Shelle) Santana is a published Marketing professor at Bentley University with primary research interests in behavioral pricing and the psychology of money. She was previously a faculty member at the Harvard Business School. Prior to her career in academia, Dr. Santana spent 14 years at American Express, where she held a variety of positions in the Global Commercial Services division.
Prior to her time at American Express, she spent three years at Verizon Communications as part of their Leadership Development Program before leaving to pursue her MBA. Dr. Santana earned her Ph.D. in Marketing from the Stern School of Business at New York University. She also holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, as well as a B.S. from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. She is on the Board of Directors at BOA Technologies.
