During her tenure, she transformed the listings business, achieving an 83% IPO win-rate and overseeing more than 2,000 IPOs and 200 switches, representing well over $2 trillion in market capitalization. While at Nasdaq, Karen built strong relationships across the entire financial ecosystem, while also forging meaningful connections with public and private company C-suite executives, institutional investors, and board members, cementing her reputation as a trusted advisor across industries.
