“On October 24, 2012, at 19 years old, I began my journey with Marelli as a production assistant through a third-party company. It was a challenging experience, having neverworked in a factory setting. Shortly after, I was moved to the night shift, adding to the new experiences. By September 1, 2014, I transitioned to a permanent role at Marelli after an internal recruitment. I gained valuable skills and learned to operate various machinery, which paved the way for my growth. In 2017, I began studying Technology in Mechanical Manufacturing at FATEC and graduated in late 2022, amid the pandemic. Around the same time, I succeeded in becoming a Production Process Operator (Team Leader). In my role, I am always learning, facing and overcoming challenges. I strive to contribute positively to our work environment, advocating for mutual respect and safety. The trust Marelli placed in me as a newly appointed leader is fulfilling, allowing me to provide for my family and myself. Throughout my time at Marelli, I've met incredible individuals whose guidance has profoundly shaped my professional journey. Their patience and humility inspire me to pass on the same support to my colleagues, fostering a workplace of collaboration and growth.”
