"In April 2003, I was hired on a permanent basis by Marelli, embarking on my journey on the assembly line. Spending a crucial year immersed in production dynamics laid the foundation for my transition to the role of Quality Management Officer (QMO), where I honed my expertise further.
This pivotal shift opened doors to new responsibilities and growth. For the past two years, I have been working in the photometric laboratory within the Quality department. Here, I collaborate closely with talented colleagues, focusing on ensuring excellence and precision in every task.
