“My first role in Marelli was in 2013, as an engineer, working directly with customers. Then, in 2017, I became Project Manager, managing the Ride Dynamics portfolio for LATAM. Over the years, I have worked on many worldwide projects, and this allowed me to build a strong network within the Marelli community, achieving great advancements. My strongest characteristic is resilience, as I adapt quickly to different scenarios and am not afraid of new challenges. As a project manager, I like to break tasks down and do constant follow-ups to guide the development team toward achieving results. That’s how I focus on company targets and strive for the best outcomes, which is also what the Marelli attribute ‘We drive results’ reminds us. And it’s also in line with my personal motto: 'outcomes over effort'. So far, one of my most challenging achievements was participating in the ‘Gen M’ (Generation Marelli) program in 2023, working with young colleagues to develop the Marelli purpose, which had also to get approval from our top leaders. Collaborating with this global team reinforced my belief that people make the company what it is. I truly welcome the challenges I face: from each of them I learn new things for greater ones.”
