“I’ve been with the company since 2015, when I joined as Global Direct Material Manager. In 2020, I became Head of Supply Chain Key Processes Enhancement and in 2022 I took on the role of Head of Marelli Material Management. Over time, I’ve had the privilege of navigating through all the major changes at Marelli. What always kept me going is what people usually call resilience, that for me it’s a no-surrender approach. Practically, it shows in the fact that I don’t leave any task until we get the expected results, sometimes going beyond the initial scope or responsibilities. Isn’t that what the Marelli’s attribute of ‘accountability’ really means? I guess it’s also thanks to this approach that I was able to contribute meaningfully to the creation of a truly end-to-end supply chain, with visibility from customers to suppliers across all Marelli plants. I’m proud to know that this will improve operations, enhance transparency and reinforce the overall supply chain. My recipe for enjoying work is to stay curious, which leads me to learn new things, and to be proactive, because ‘the way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing’. I’m glad to be part of a company that gives opportunities for professional development and encourages innovation and creativity.”
