“I joined the company’s Chinese legal team in 2018, supporting numerous sites and entities, and later I took responsibility for legal counseling across several of our businesses in China. Throughout this journey, I could understand the importance of the ‘second curve’ for enterprise development, which relies on continuous evolution to remain at the forefront. In my daily work, I provide my professional expertise to support the business, ensuring strong foundations based on legality, compliance and beneficial cooperation with our customers. I really want to be a trusted partner in driving the company’s objectives, so I own my responsibilities, proactively follow up on legal matters, keep thorough records, communicate openly and align my advice with business goals. To be proactive in supporting the business, I also developed a ‘launch toolkit’ with compliant contract templates and clear processes. This helped reduce market entry time for business proposed projects, creating repeatable solutions. It made me proud to see my work recognized as a strategic enabler, transforming complex legal challenges into scalable solutions in innovative ways.
