“I joined Marelli in 2020, my first experience at an automotive supplier after years working at carmakers. Since then, I have been part of the Project Management Excellence (PME) team, focusing on improving project management processes, integrating them with other functions and leading special initiatives for Marelli leadership. I deeply believe in the power of teamwork and individual accountability, a great combination. So, while I strive to give my contribution, I also encourage others to do the same, by challenging myself, leading by example and welcoming different perspectives. In the end, delivering with passion and succeeding together is the best thing that can happen in the workplace. That’s how ‘we drive results’, ‘we are accountable’ and ‘we are inclusive’, just as the Marelli attributes say. I love projects that let me collaborate with colleagues worldwide and share expertise. For example, it was satisfying to help PME processes become the reference for program management across Marelli, integrating with many other functions. I also led the development of an internal PME digital assistant, supporting knowledge sharing across our global teams. What I value most is the belief that everyone’s experience matters. Being part of this multicultural environment broadens my perspective and makes working here a great opportunity.”
