“I joined Marelli last year, and after a week of training, I was transferred to the STM line. I have learned how to manage model changes, stay alert to machines, and understand the importance of these processes. I have also taken safety courses and courses to better understand the procedures.
I believe my progress is due to my effort and dedication; every day I strive to excel. My advice is to always have a positive mind and attitude—mentalize that everything will go well and avoid stress so things can flow. My most recent achievement is that most people recognize my work and take me as an example. I am proud to operate the machines with minimal supervision and to have the opportunity to show what I am capable of.”
