“I joined Marelli in 2023 as Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Innovation in the Purchasing function, later stepping into leadership of the Electrical Commodity. These experiences have given me valuable insights into both the strategic and operational aspects of our business. My mission at work is to be an effective leader. In guiding my team, I have a results-oriented, authentic and inclusive approach, encouraging them to embrace challenges and maximize opportunities to make Marelli grow even stronger. This is even more important when circumstances are complex. In my career, I could appreciate the strength and resilience of our teams many times. Especially during transformative moments, we support each other, create innovative and valuable solutions, and drive positive change for our customers, partners and communities. I think it’s important to always connect your daily responsibilities to the bigger picture, because this makes you realize how you really contribute to the company’s goals. What also makes the work environment more engaging for me is the possibility to freely share new ideas, build genuine relationships and continue learning.
